The Church is the pillar and ground of truth.  

The Lord Jesus Christ alone is the Head of the church and his teaching and command alone, as

taught through Holy Scripture, is our final rule for faith and practice.

We believe it is our duty to serve the Lord Jesus Christ by ministering to the needs of others in His name.

In 2014, Pastors Samuel and Melissa Tshisekedi arrived in Bendigo with a vision to proclaim Christ publicly and raise disciples equipped to influence culture for Jesus.                                                   

Sent by God. What began with evangelism training classes and public conversations about faith grew into:  

• Public Gospel outreach across Bendigo 
• Easter Festival participation and public witness 
• Divine Encounter Conferences 
• Theology and discipleship classes 
• Community compassion ministries 
• Soup Kitchen and Food Pantry initiatives 
• Leadership development and ordination 
• Regional and international ministry partnerships 

Throughout the years, A Reasonable Christianity has remained committed to both truth and compassion — proclaiming the Gospel while serving the practical needs of the community. 

As A Reasonable Christianity steps into the next decade, the vision is to see Bendigo and surrounding regions reached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through evangelism, discipleship, compassion and leadership multiplication.  

Over the next 10 years, A Reasonable Christianity aims to:

• Glorify God by public proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ
• Make disciples and raise leaders
• Establish Christ-centered communities
• Transform Bendigo through evangelism, compassion and discipleship  

Our Heart for the Next Decade:

• Reach the whole Bendigo region with the Gospel
• Engage a city of approximately 125,000 people
• Raise 200 active evangelists
• Plant Life Connections across the region
• Feed thousands through compassion ministry
